INSTRUCTIONS FOR FILLING UP THE ONLINE APPLICATION FORM
- The online Application form consists of Five segments viz. Personal Details,Payment,Qualification Details and Experience Details and Check List.
- After completely read the instructions, at the Bottom you will find options for "New Registration" (for new user) and for "Registered User Name" (for an existing applicant) available.
- In the Application form fields marked with (*) are mandatory. Unless you fill this information, it won't allow you to save the form.
- The data in the field "Date of Birth" mentioned in Personal details should match with (Date of Birth mentioned in) School Leaving/Birth Certificate. If there is any mismatch during physical verification of the documents sent by you, your candidature would stand cancelled.
- You have to provide a valid email id and mobile number while filling up the Online Application Form. The email id should be active for next six months. Please check the emails regularly for communication from the MAHAGENCO. MAHAGENCO will not be held responsible for failure of delivery of email sent to the candidate.
- After clicking on "SAVE" in Personal details, if you have entered all mandatory information correctly, the system shall send you an email containing your registration id and password. You will then be required to retrieve this data and log on in to the system in order to proceed further.
- Once you submit the Personal Details, you can't be modify/Edit the Personal details.
- After you log in using your Registered User Name and password provided to you, you will be able to pay the fees through online payment transaction & fill in the data in the remaining tabs. You can save the data periodically. You can take multiple log in sessions before you completely filling up the entire e-form. During this process, you can go back and forth, review the details entered by you, and make corrections, if required to the data already filled in and saved.
- Please "PREVIEW" and "MODIFY" the form before submitting, as once you "SUBMIT" the form, it won't allow you to modify any field.
- Once the form is submitted, the candidate needs to take print out of Application form.
- The Last date of filling the online application form is 16th September, 2012.
